CONDUCT EMPLOYEE AND MOTIVATION



Employee behavior is a form of action taken by members of the organization who can directly or indirectly influence the effectiveness of an organization. Between the individual with other individuals have different properties. There are individuals who are adept at performing their duties, there are individuals who are smart, but difficult to organize, and there might also be people who love an excuse to be able to skip work. Because each individual's behavior is not the same, human resource managers need to really understand the behavior of their employees masimg.

               A manager should be able to understand their employees. This understanding is important because it affects the performance of the company. To understand the conditions of its employees, a manager can see through the behavior of its employees in the office. There are three forms of employee behavior, namely behavioral performance, organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive behavior.

               Each man choise different characteristics between each other. Ie, as already discussed above, there are employees who have a good performance, but it is a figure that is indifferent. On the other hand, there are employees who have a poor performance, but it is a figure that hangant and friendly. That is why human beings are unique. This uniqueness is an overview of the two basic human characteristic, namely the personality and attitude to work.
 
1. Personality
A series of relatively stable psychological attributes that distinguish one person with another person.
2. attitude
Evaluative statement against the object, person or event. There are three major crimes attitudes that need to be addressed:
 
a. Job satisfaction
b. Engagement Work
c. Organizational commitment
 
               Each individual should be placed on the work according to his ability that he was able to show their best performance and can take an important role in advancing the company where she worked. There are two key methods to customize the individual with his work, namely:

The psychological contract is something psychologically agreement unwritten that has a strong influence in affecting the behavior of members of an organization.
2. Suitability The Works
The degree to which the remuneration of company accordance with the contributions made by employees.
 
 
 
In general, employees - employees who are the best work ethic will behave or else characterized by features such as.
 
1. They will work to build a reputation and credibility himself
2. They are very loyal to the leadership and the company
3. They join a company with the mission and vision of their personal
4. They are always focused and have a high commitment to execute all of the company's                                                        work plan in total and quality.
5. For the sake of the success of the company, they always work by doing a collaboration, coordination, communication with superiors and their subordinates.
6. They are individuals who are creative in finding a solution for every problem in their work. Including, they always think and act strategically for the benefit of their future and the company.
7. They are individuals that smart building harmonious working atmosphere and compact in the workplace.
8. They are always learning new things in order to generate performance through the workings of a superior.
9. They are individuals who are very smart and very easy to melt together in the organizational structure.
10. They really understand the values ​​and spirit of the company SOPs, and able to work flexible to satisfy the company and the customer.
11. They are individuals who are very thaw in their association in the office, so it's smart to increase their influence within the organization
12. They are individuals who carry out the work, by defining all the issues before starting the process of finding solutions
13. They are always the first to gather information before taking a stand.
14. They always work with facts, and rarely willing to assume.
15. They have always worked according to plan, and never give up to achieve the target as planned.
16. They are individuals who are always to be generous and very caring to help other colleagues.
17. They are individuals who have always acted decisively to understand the risks.
 
 
The relationship between motivation and behavior can be realized in the following six variations.
